BORED STIFF

basically, hols without programmes r NOT FUN.
wanted t gym today bt i didn hav company. or shld i say i've no idea who t asked t gym wit me. whr on earth can i find ppl who really wana gym? besides, lollie wenta sao mu early in e morning. called sili ytd t swim. bt she wasnt interested. =.= she was busy clubbing; stil at e peak. so i bet she wldn wana swim too cos she'll b dead tired.
i was so bored today at hm so i went online t search f weight issues kinda thg. i guess e weight-issue service provider was trying t make me happy. tis is why...


it states here tt i'm underweight? OMG.i'm lyk 2-3kg away frm my goal n it states underwt? i havta b lyk 57kg at a ht of 160cm?? tis thg certainly just wana stop ppl frm dieting man. i've checked another website, n stil, they states that i'm underweight?!?!

Ideal weight range is 114 - 125.4 lbs. (51.8 - 57 kg.).You are underweight.

so e world's facing quite alot of dieting problems eh? oh m i reali underwt? I'M NOT. i havent seen any bones!!
i think i'm gona try e cabbage soup diet. think only. haha.


Day 1: Eat any and all fruits (except bananas) you desire. Apples, oranges, berries…it’s up to you; just remember, no bananas.

Day 2: In addition to cabbage soup, eat other raw, boiled, or steamed vegetables while avoiding dry beans, peas and corn. For dinner, eat a baked potato (butter optional, but okay – heck, try a spray butter if you want).

Day 3: Combination of days 1 & 2 including all fruits and vegetables except potatoes and the others stated above.

Day 4: Half-way there, Day 4 we will rename “Crazy 8 Day”. Eat 8 bananas (or as many as you can, limit 8) and the same number of glasses (8) of fat-free skim milk. Want to go a step further with the “8’s”? Could try 8 bowls of soup, just for kicks...but why? Why not?

Day 5: Eat up to 6 tomatoes and up to 450 grams or 20 ounces (1 ¼ lb) of beef, chicken, or fish. Throughout the day, down 8 – 8oz glasses of water as well.

Day 6: Same as day 5 except we will substitute other vegetables (your choice) for tomatoes. Select a meat option; grab some vegetables, 8 glasses of water. Oh yeah, get “souped-up” too.

Day 7: The final day – nice work. Try some brown rice, pure fruit juice and more vegetables throughout the day.


Cabbage soup diet recipe ingredients:
1 head of cabbage
2 large onions
1 can of tomatoes
2 green peppers
5 stalks celery
1 pack of dry onion
soup mix (Lipton is common)
Black pepper
Fresh herbs of your choice (optional)
6 carrots
½ lb green beans
½ cup balsamic vinegar

Cabbage soup diet recipe cooking instructions:
1. Prepare the Vegetables - Dice, chop, and slice all ingredients as you would prefer them in soup. It is standard to chop most ingredients, but you may prefer slices or cut differently.
2. Boil the Veggies - Once all ingredients are prepared, put all vegetables in a big pot and cover with water. With the water level covering the vegetables, bring to pot to a boil. Once boiling, stir in the soup mix and continue boiling gently for 10 minutes.
3. Let it simmer and cool - After 10 minutes, cover, reduce heat, and simmer until all the vegetables are soft.
4. Make it yours - Now it is time for you to “personalize” your soup. Stir in the black pepper, chopped herbs, and other desired seasonings (salt, parsley, curry, garlic powder, etc) to reach a taste you can enjoy bowl after bowl. You may want to play around here for a bit as you will be eating a bunch of the soup over the 7-days of the plan.
