RELEASE

& so, we've decided to have a 'debrief' + trashing out sesson every week. haziq suggested every tuesday? this is the first time we had this kinda talk. it was a bad talk at the beginning. & it ended...NOT BADLY, successfully. everybody voiced out their displeasures, their hatred, their confusion, EVERYTHING. & everything said there shall remain there. NO more bringing it up except on the 'debrief' thingy on 1 day of every week. on the mats, we are a team; we share the same interest. i hope this will work things out. ytd's 'debrief' was impromptu. & those who started the talk, left first.

i've to admit that i was rather pissed. & why? because you all said your piece & leave us like that. because you have not heard what everybody wants to say. and things are worse when people are protecting each other for i dont know what reason when we're not done talking. PS: Blazerians have a bad habit. they interupt when people is talking. I'm not saying that you all are wrong. But we are squeezed in between too. The comm members are left helplessly dangling. I agree that we have our own wrong, and do you? I reflect about all these ever since * talked to me. * scolded me. * told me that what we were doing was not correct. & blazers had handle the team wrongly. i did not agree to it totally. but 80% of it was somewhat true.
