ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

i'm vexed. i'm confused. i dont know what to do.

firstly, i shld have told you nothg. you weren't e only one who was shocked t hear those news. i was feeling equally shocked when i knew how many ppl had e same kinda feeling as me, and it was only a few hrs before you'd learnt abt them. i feel really guilty aft reading ur entry. i'm sorry. i will figure a way out. you dont have t worry so much alright(:

i know it's hard t manage a team. like i said before, a team with 30 ppl; far far more difficult t cope when there's stil studies & other commitments. it's not just managing some uniform grp. i'm 100% sure tt it's easier t run ncc/npcc than other sports team. in a team, you need not just cooperation, but endurance t b able t handle each other's feelings/attitudes/character. there's something else called the mutual aid. interpersonal emotions. & in cheerleading, it's a mixed of both guys & girls. as a friend/a cheermate, you need to deal with both guys/girls feelings/thinkings, whatever. i've nv deal with a team with both sexes, but i know it's hard enough t manage a girls' one. good job f keeping us bonded! 11 claps f frances & huimin esp, peima, serane, lynna, huiting, ivan, & of cos coach<3

2ndly, the osip thgy. frankly speaking, however hard or cramped our schedule will b, i very much prefer t go for e 2nd batch - jul-sept. i wana go f nationals. i really do. even if i'm not in e 16, i stil very very very very very much want t go. i've trained s hard just f this day.....& there's this damn crash if we go f e 1st batch. i've trained f almost a yr just f this day t prove tt i hav e ability (if i was selected lar), e perseverance, e determination; t b good in whatever i do.

but i realise, i cant b selfish. for my own interest, i cant force 3 ppl t go with me for the 2nd batch.

adv of 1st batch:

1) cooling weather

2) shanghai 1 wk public hol which allow us not t work f tt one week\

3) we've got longer hols when we come back

4) we got more time t focus on our major proj

disadv:

1) NO NATIONALS!!

adv of 2nd batch:

1) NATIONALS!!

disadv:

1) summer = very hot

2) pack schedule aft we're back from shanghai

please tell me what to choose? :,(
